The Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga method is a traditional, dynamic style of yoga which follows a set sequence of postures. Ashtanga works with the breath to develop flexibility and whole body strength. These classes will follow a modified version of the Ashtanga Primary Series. As you flow with the breath and become more familiar with the set sequence you will find yourself deepening into postures, experiencing Ashtanga yoga as a moving meditation.
